Raag - Malhar, Dhulia

This is one of the uncommon varieties of Malhar. There are two versions of this raag. The version which Pt Jasraj has made popular is a combination of Sarang and Malhar and lacks the Gandhar all together.

pakad - म रे प, नी॒ ध प, म रे, (म)ग॒ (म)ग॒ म प म म रे सा। ( ़ this indicates that it is a lower octave (मंद्र सप्तक)
