This raag is a creation of Maharaja Jaywant Singhji Waghela of Saanand. This is a combination of Ahir Bhairav and Miyan Ki Todi, this should have been ideally called Ahiri Todi but since there is already a raag present by this name which is completely different from this version, it is called Jaiwanti Todi.
