Raag - Zilaf (Bhairav Thaat)

Zilaf is considered to be a creation of muslim singers. Its associated with Ustad Amir Khusro. This raag is sung in two thaats Asavari Thaat which combines Jaunpuri & Khat, Bhairav Thaat which combines Bhairav & Kalingda. In order to keep it distinct from Bhairav the rishabh is used sparingly and is completely dropped in avroh.
